Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because all items are handmade and made to order, all sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please double-check your order details, including spelling, quantity, and shipping address, before completing checkout.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors made by the customer.


Handmade Variations

Each item is created by hand. As a result, slight variations in color, alignment, trimming, thickness, or finish are normal and expected. These variations are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.


Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives with a major defect, is damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds or replacements are only issued after review and approval.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All handmade items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
