Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Orders placed after processing hours or during peak seasons may require additional time.
U.S. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
For U.S. orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are averages and are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days (rates and timing may vary)
Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM PST to be eligible for same-day shipment.
Shipping times may be affected during retail peak seasons, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major holidays. Customers who select expedited shipping will have their orders fulfilled in order of priority.
Exclusions may apply depending on the delivery address.

We’re working on offering international shipping! Currently, shipping costs can be high, so we want to give you the option to decide if it works for you. If you’re okay with the rates, please contact us directly so we can coordinate your order.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.

We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or additional charges once the order ships.
Shipping Responsibility & Carrier Delays
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, With Love, Lucy Stationery is not responsible for shipping delays.
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit by the carrier

Delayed due to customs inspections or clearance

Refused or returned by customs authorities

Delayed due to carrier peak seasons or service disruptions

Returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Returned or delayed because the package was unclaimed
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
